This swing comes in two versions - ADULT and PG. The ADULT version comes with both rezzing swing versions to allow the owner to choose which to make available. Both versions rez their swing from the small Dictatorshop button on the base of the back of the tree trunk. That button can be locked so that only the owner can rez/change the swing.
Both versions feature an auto-align feature so that if you move the base the swing will re-rez itself so that it is always right where it is supposed to be, no fuss or muss.
The base (3 land impact) can be removed or re-textured as needed to fit your land. The texture map is very straight so a dirt texture applied should work nicely for you. If you don't need the root bumps, just remove the "normal" map in the textures.
The shadow under the swing is optional and can be removed from rezzing if it is not working in your environment (some people like them, some not). To get rid of them, edit the avpos notecard in the logo button on the tree (edit linked parts and look in contents) - and just remove the lines
The ADULT version has a bondage menu tucked away in there for light bondage play in the outdoors. Just wrist cuffs, no chains or anything too scary.
